No matter where you are, please join force with your local Taiwanese community to help out.
I believe you have donated already...your tears are rolling whenever you follow the news that show people in southern Taiwan are suffering...We should be brave, and dare to ask for helps. Simply reach out to your own family members and relatives, friends and co-workers....just like our Mr. Huang Wen Wen-Tze, she asked all her grand childrens to donate even one dollar or two...and Mr. Lai, beside his own donation at the first minute...at his restaurant, he shared the news and called for the fund raising...even the waitress and the guests echoed in donation...Branda Chen donated at first minute and then she continuously invites her colleagues at the Realtor's office...Robert Tsai, Chang-Ting Lin, MY Wei...so many of you are great...We cannot stop our efforts on fund raising now, or limited only to ourselves...Let us reach out to a wider range and more circles...you never know what will happen. My nephew West Huang got my email calling, he and his wife Julie debated for a while...from $1,000 jumped to be $100,000. When he handed me the first check, I have my tears rolled down...I can't thank them enough for those victims in Taiwan...Our Hakka friends send in checks in 50, 500, ...and Mr. Wen Sung quietly sent in a check of $10,000...(Boys...Wen, Shih-Hong, Jeff...you guys are great!)
Just do it quick and many warm stories of love and care will return to you.
Dear fellow Hapa-Na members and Hakka Taiwanese...
Let us all do it with whole hearts out. Following those TV News...and not just feel sad for those victims in Taiwan... They need our helps...They do need our helps soon...Please.
